Crushed Rock

Crushed rock is a well graded material consisting of various sized particles containing course and fine aggregate to enable compaction. The road base material is ideal for civil construction and commercial development applications such as road and pavement base, pipe bedding, backfilling trenches and walls and drainage. The coarse structure is generally not suited as a final use for a path or driveway but is commonly used as a more economical base underneath. It comes in different grades which vary in compaction rate.
